Nia workouts combine 52 simple moves with dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts to energize and enliven well-being in 60 minutes - body, mind, emotion, and spirit

YOGA

With an emphasis on breathing techniques and meditation, we promote thoughtful and reflexive yoga to promote both physical and mental well-being.

EVENTS

Our wellness workshops provide a safe and inclusive place to come together and learn from experts in ways to help you on your journey in life. We offer a variety of workshops and classes monthly.
